P90 is an unique workout program, designed for those who either don’t want to, or are not ready to do an extreme program like P90X. P90 looks to be a great workout, and looking at these P90 worksheets, there is a fair amount of weight lifting. With any weight lifting workout, it is essential to keep track of what you have done, so you know where to go next. I personally like to keep my old workout sheets, so I know what I did, and in case I want to do that workout again.
