Does not the Creator of all things know and see all things? What can be hid from Your eyes, O Lord? What can my mind meditate on, my eyes see, my hands do, my imagination stir up and my heart set upon that You do not know and see? What can I do that You will not see? Is there anything in heaven or earth or throughout time that can be hid from You?
Let me not be found far from You all the days of my life. Let not my heart be found longing for anyone greater than it longs for You. Let not my mind meditate on anything that does not honor and serve You.
Will not the righteous judge of all things weigh everything in the balance one day? Will You not be required to lay out all things we have done before Your eyes? Please remember me, O Lord, when the balances are taken to my deeds, remeber that I have called upon Your Holy Name for salvation, for the redemeption of my wretched soul. When I am placed at Your feet, may You look upon me with kindness and love, may You only see me showered and cleansed in Your precious blood.
What shall I say, what shall I do that could honor You to the extent that You are worthy of? What can a simple person like me do to declare Your greatness to the world? Who would hear my voice? If anyone can hear my cry, in all of heaven and earth, let it be heard that our God is a just, kind, loving and merciful God. Let the whole earth declare His wonders. Let the stars reflect His brilliance. You are holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty. Let all God’s creation say, “Thou are worthy to be praised for Thy goodness, O LORD.”
Revelation 4:8 Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.”
Revelation 4:1 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for Thou hast created all things, and for Thy pleasure they are and were created.
Worthy is Lamb and the Creator of all things. May all the earth celebrate God’s creation each day. May we never forget the love by which He created all things, including each of us. Thank You, Jesus.
