The Master’s Hammer and Chisel looks to be one of Beachbody’s most successful workouts, but of course time will tell. Why will this workout be successful? Because it will give results, and because this is a weight lifting based workout. Hammer and Chisel differs from Body Beast in that this is more to lose fat and get ripped, then just gaining muscle. Because it is a weightlifting workout, it is very important to keep track of what you are doing, how much weight you used previously and how many reps you did, so you can gauge if you are progressing. Beachbody included these Hammer and Chisel worksheets with the workout, but if you are like me, maybe you’ve lost them, or maybe you just want another copy. I don’t always like using the ones that come with the workout, I guess I want to keep those looking good, so instead I will print out some to keep track of my workouts, and not worry about making a mess out of the nice ones that are included.

Chances are that if your looking for these Hammer and Chisel worksheets, you already have this workout, however if you don’t, let me tell you why I would like to try this workout. I like that this program is only 60 days long, and the workouts are only 30 to 40 minutes long. There are other workouts that are 90 days long with workouts that are over an hour long! Plus I like weightlifting, more than cardio workouts, so I think that I will really like this workout.
