ChaLean Extreme Burn Intervals Review
This is our quick review of ChaLean Extreme Burn Intervals. This is an intense workout to burn some fat, but not so tough that someone just starting out can’t do it. They also have a modifier in the workout to help anyone that has a hard time with the moves or reps. Remember you can modify any Beachbody workout to match your individual fitness level. Modifying the moves will make it easier on anyone with an injury or just starting out and you can make it harder as you develop strength, endurance and flexibility.
Is it all cardio?
In doing this ChaLean Extreme Burn Intervals, I thought it was strictly a cardio workout, but not so. You’ll have to see the video to see what I mean about that. Chalene calls it endurance training and it’s true. There’s both cardio and low weight-high rep exercises. I really like the combo in this program, because it allows me to burn a lot of calories and break a great sweat. You’ll see what I mean.
Chalene does a great job keeping you motivated through the whole workout and they always look like they are having so much fun. I love to exercise and laugh at the same time, it just doesn’t feel like work or a chore; it becomes more fun! Like Chalene says, if you don’t feel like working out, just give her 5-minutes and she’ll get you pumped up and ready to go!
