What’s in each Body Beast package, and its cost?

  Body Beast

Body Beast is one of Beachbody’s newest workouts, and it is one of the first home body building DVDs out there. Like most of Beachbody workouts, you have many options, and Body Beast is no different, so which Body Beast package is right for you?

I know for me cost plays a factor in what I get, so I wanted to give you the cost breakdown on all the different Body Beast packages and tell you what you get with each of the Body Beast packages. I want to give you all the prices and yes you do have different options on what you pay. Let me tell you what I mean. With Beachbody you can become a club member and save 10% on all your purchases with Beachbody or you can join as a coach and save 25%. There are some differences between the two and I won’t go into the details here, but keep an eye out for a breakdown of the differences and what each one of these terms mean. Now with either of these memberships – club or coach, you can cancel at any time, but you also cancel your discounts too.

BodyBeast Challenge Pack

$140.00 + s&h

The Challenge Pack includes:

Your first 30-day supply of Shakeology—the superfood protein shake that helps give you energy, reduce cravings, and accelerate your fitness results—delivered on Home Direct, our monthly autoship program.*
11 workouts, tools for success, and 3 free gifts.
A FREE 30-Day Trial Membership in the Team Beachbody Club, so you can start streaming your Body Beast workouts, and more than $3,000 in other proven Beachbody workouts, plus find all the support you need to succeed in your challenge. After your 30-Day Trial Membership is up, you will be billed quarterly for Club Membership, which you may cancel at any time.
Plus Super Discount shipping (and SAVE OVER $12) every month.
If you choose not to take advantage of your FREE Trial Membership in the Team Beachbody Club, you may remove it from your Challenge Pack at checkout. This will not, however, change the price you pay today, and you will lose streaming access to Body Beast and more than $3,000 in additional workouts.

Now with all these Body Beast packages and options you may also want to check out some of the equipment needed to do Body Beast. This all depends on what you have on hand at home, you may have some or all of these already. Here is a list of the equipment you will need to do your Body Beast workout:

Equipment needed:

• Bench or Premium Stability Ball

• EZ-Curl Bar with weight plates

• Dumbbells

• Chin-Up Bar or resistance bands

Like I said you may have these or may only need one or two additional items. Take advantage of ordering everything at the same time with Beachbody because you can usually save a bunch on shipping verses separate orders. Now I haven’t done Body Beast yet, but I could image that you could get by with a stability ball and resistance bands for a while if money is tight, and add equipment to your gym as you go.

I can’t wait to start this workout and I’m not sure myself which Body Beast package I’m going to get, but I’m seriously thinking of the Beast Stack, but we’ll see and I’ll let you know how it goes, soon.

Thanks for reading.

Yours in health,

Bruce
