22 Minute Hard Corps is latest workout from Tony Horton, it is a military boot camp inspired workout. For those that are pressed for time, or find it difficult to do hour long workouts, this one promises great results in 22 minute workouts, in a program that only lasts 2 months. If your in the military or prior military, this workout may bring back memories.
With just about all workouts, you need to have the calendar, because it’s important to know what you’re supposed to do on each day. Thats the same here, 22 Minute Hard Corps doesn’t have you using weights, so you don’t have to track what weights you used or how many reps, but you do need the 22 Minute Hard Corps workout calendar to know what workout your supposed to be doing.
