So… What 22 Minute Hard Corps Equipment will I Need?
For some of the workouts, the 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS equipment you will need:
- a pull-up bar or
- resistance band and door attachment,
- the BeachbodyPT Sandbag
- or dumbbells.

As of writing this, I have not done this workout, but the results that people are getting are amazing. Which is amazing to me considering that this is only a 22 minute workout. I can’t wait to give this one a try. If you’re doing or about to do this workout, let me know how you like it.
